What we do?

Welcome to the web pages of the Parish Council, we represent the interests of the people living in and around the Village of Black Notley. Use the navigation buttons on the left to find out who we are, what we do and when and where we do it.

Black Notley Parish Council  is an independent Local Authority with powers, duties and responsibilities of its own. It is completely independent of County and District, and is managed by a council elected every four years and the next one is due in May 2007. The Parish Council 

The Council also has an Administrator, the Parish Clerk who is responsible for making sure the Council acts legally, and manages the running of Black Notley's assets and facilities. If you don't know any of the Councillors, or you are not sure where you should be making an enquiry, talk to the clerk first. She is
